Update: We've partially restored Payment Processing and Storage services. They are now operating in a degraded state with limited functionality. The Database and Analytics services remain down while we continue repairs.

The outage has spread to additional services. Payment Processing and Storage services are now offline. This appears to be related to the ongoing database issue. We are prioritizing recovery of all affected systems.

The database recovery is more complex than initially anticipated. We've revised our ETA for full service restoration to May 3, 2025 at 6:00 PM GMT. We apologize for the extended downtime and are taking all necessary measures to ensure a thorough recovery.
